Broccoli Feta Cheese Fritters Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup broccoli rice
  • ½ block of feta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup tapioca flower or flower of your choice
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp basil powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian spices

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  • Heat up a non-stick skillet with some olive oil, form the broccoli feta fritters in the skillet, cook for 4 minutes per side or until golden brown on both sides.

Serve and enjoy your Pure Plate.
