Mini Meatloaves Recipe

Ingredients
  

6 servings

  • 500 gr / 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce or ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard with seeds
  • 1/2 cup low-carb bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • ½ bunch of fresh parsley chopped
  • Sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Agave syrup

Instructions
 

  • Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl combine ground meat, BBQ sauce or ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, the egg and seasoning.
  • Step 3
  • Form into 6 mini loaves on a greased baking sheet. Cook for 20 mins.
  • Step 4
  • While that’s cooking in a different bowl combine ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and the agave syrup.
  • Step 5
  • After 20 mins add sauce to the top of the meat loaves. Put back in the oven for 15 mins.
  • Step 6
  • Top with additional sauce if desired.
