1cupGreek yoghourtplain
2tbspAgave syrup
½cupsugar-free chocolate chips
½tbspcoconut oil
Instructions
Slice strawberries and place in a bowl. Add the Greek yoghurt. Drizzle the agave syrup and mix well.
Use a silicone baking tray that will fit into the freezer. Spoon the strawberry-yoghourt mixture into the separate silicone baking tray. Freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Melt chocolate chips together with the coconut oil in the microwave in 15-second intervals (stirring between each interval). Drizzle the melted chocolate over the frozen yoghurt.
