Finely dice your onions and garlic. Slice the cabbage.
Into a hot frying pan add oil then your chopped onions until caramelised, add in the garlic. Stir for 30 seconds, add in the cabbage, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Make room in the middle of the pan, add in the ground beef, and break it apart with your spatula.
Cook for about 5 minutes or until 90% cooked. Add in all the spices, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and honey. Continue cooking another 2-3 minutes while stirring to combine.
Mix mayo and sriracha to make sriracha mayo
½ cup mayo,2 tbsp sriracha
Top with sriracha mayo, green onions, and a fried egg.
