  • ● Feta cheese crumbled
  • ● 1 tablespoon red pesto sauce
  • ● 1 Egg
  • ● ½ tsp Black pepper to taste
  • ● Low-carb tortilla
  • ● ½ Avocado sliced
  • ● 1 tsp dried dill

Instructions
 

  • Crumble feta cheese into a hot pan. Allow it to sizzle.
  • Add about a tablespoon of pesto sauce to the crumbled feta.
  • Crack an egg into the pan over the feta and pesto mixture.
  • Season the egg with black pepper to taste.
  • Cover the pan and cook until the feta gets crispy, and the egg white is set. Adjust heat if needed.
  • Once the egg is cooked to your liking, carefully place it on top of the low-carb tortilla.
  • Top with avocado slices.
