Ingredients
● Feta cheese
crumbled
● 1 tablespoon red pesto sauce
● 1 Egg
● ½ tsp Black pepper
to taste
● Low-carb tortilla
● ½ Avocado
sliced
● 1 tsp dried dill
Instructions
Crumble feta cheese into a hot pan. Allow it to sizzle.
Add about a tablespoon of pesto sauce to the crumbled feta.
Crack an egg into the pan over the feta and pesto mixture.
Season the egg with black pepper to taste.
Cover the pan and cook until the feta gets crispy, and the egg white is set. Adjust heat if needed.
Once the egg is cooked to your liking, carefully place it on top of the low-carb tortilla.
Top with avocado slices.
