agave syrup

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
Scoop dough with an ice scoop and form 12 to 15 cookies on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. They will be SOFT.
Use a fork to slightly press them down.
Let the cookies settle for at least 20 minutes before eating.
The key with these cookies is to slightly undercook them, so that they are nice and crispy on the outside and SUPER CHEWY on the inside.
Sprinkle a little sea salt flakes on top if desired.
