To a large mixing bowl add the oats, the almond butter, the ground flaxseeds, chia seeds, pumpkin puree, chocolate drops, the pumpkin pie spice, the nutmeg and the salt. Mix to combine very well, then transfer to baking sheet or a silicone sheet.
Melt the chocolate drops with the coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir and microwave another 20 to 30 seconds. Pour the melted chocolate over the pumpkin bars and set aside.
Chop the chocolate bar into small pieces and drizzle over the melted chocolate. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool and set.
