Greek Oven Roasted Lamb

each Salt and pepper

oregano

thyme

mustard

olive oil

tbsp
powdered beef bouillon

large onion sliced lengthwise
6
cloves
of garlic sliced in halves lengthwise
3
cups
of water
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F/200C.
Create the marinate by combining all the spices in a large baking sheet. Coat the lamb fully with the marinate, toss the onion and garlic over the marinated lamb, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.
Enjoy with vegetables, rice and a side salad.
