Step One – Heat a skillet with olive oil then cook the chicken until it’s golden brown.
Step Two – Add more oil, spices, and lemon. Sauté for a couple minutes until completely coated in the lemon mixture. Remove it from heat, cover it, and set it aside.
Step Three – Spiralize the zucchini and sauté it in the same skillet on high until it’s soft and slightly golden brown.
Step Four – Plate the zoodles, and top them with the pine nuts, and chicken. Garnish with some freshly chopped parsley and enjoy!
