Low-Carb Horns with Creamy Mexican Chicken Filling Recipe
Ingredients:
4Low-carb tortillascut in half to create a half circle.
1egg
1tsppaprika
Andalouse Sauce

Instructions
Directions:
Cut the tortillas in half, spread 1 teaspoon of the Andalusia sauce, and roll the tortillas creating the horns.
Place them on a round pizza oven sheet or a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Fill the horns one by one with the chicken filling.
In a small bowl mix the egg and the paprika creating the egg wash, Brush the horns with the egg wash, this will give them a beautiful golden color once they come out of the oven.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 15 minutes or until the horns turn golden brown.
