Low-Carb Horns with Creamy Mexican Chicken Filling

Low-Carb Horns with Creamy Mexican Chicken Filling Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 4 Low-carb tortillas cut in half to create a half circle.
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • Andalouse Sauce
    • For the filling see my Mexican chicken recipe (link below)

    Instructions
     

    Directions:

    • Cut the tortillas in half, spread 1 teaspoon of the Andalusia sauce, and roll the tortillas creating the horns.
    • Place them on a round pizza oven sheet or a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
    • Fill the horns one by one with the chicken filling.
    • In a small bowl mix the egg and the paprika creating the egg wash, Brush the horns with the egg wash, this will give them a beautiful golden color once they come out of the oven.
    • Bake at 200°C/400°F for 15 minutes or until the horns turn golden brown.
    • Plate and serve with Andalouse sauce.
