For the sauce:
2tbsplow-fat mayo
1tbspmustard
1tbspketchup
2large pickles diced into small pieces
1tsppaprika

Directions:
Smash a ball of ground beef on top of the taco and press it down until it's evenly divided onto the taco, sprinkle some diced onion, salt, and pepper over the meat.
Cook the taco with the meat facing down in a heated skillet with some olive oil for about 5 minutes, then turn the taco around and cook the taco very short, approximately 1 to 2 minutes. Place a slice of cheddar cheese over the meat and let it melt while cooking the taco. You can cover it for a faster result.
Mix the sauce by combining the mayo, mustard, ketchup, pickles, and paprika in a small bowl and mixing until thoroughly combined.
Remove from the heat and garnish with some leaves of the greens and a scoop of the sauce.
