In a mixing bowl combine the ricotta, parmesan cheese, the mozzarella, the egg, and the spinach.
Cut the chicken halfway through creating a butterfly of chicken filets.
Fill the chicken with the spinach and cheese filling and sprinkle the chicken seasoning over the stuffed chicken, flip it over, and season the other side as well. Secure the chicken with a couple of toothpicks.
Air fry the stuffed chicken for 12 minutes then flip them over and air fry another 10 minutes.
