Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl or a mug, and microwave for 90 seconds. Be careful when you take the bowl or mug out of the microwave as this will be very hot, use a cloth to remove it from the microwave.
Let it cool before you flip it upside down to remove the bread.
For the egg topping, I used a Saucepan for 4 eggs to make the perfectly round small egg shapes. See the link for the exact saucepan below. It's perfect for making 4 fried eggs at the same time! Crack 4 eggs in the pan, season with some salt and pepper, cover for a couple of minutes, then remove from the pan.
Once the 90-second bread is cooled, cut the gluten-free bread in half, smear some butter on it and place the fried egg on top, cover with the other half.
