Greek Yogurt Protein Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

    Ingredients:

      For the Pudding:

      • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
      • 1 scoop of protein pudding choose any flavor you like. I used vanilla.
      • 1 tbsp chia seeds

      For the Toppings:

      • 3 fresh mint leaves
      • 3 fresh strawberries
      • 1 tsp crushed pecans
      • 1 tsp chia seeds

      Instructions
       

      Directions:

      • Mix all the ingredients and set aside for 30 until thickens. Take it out of the fridge and top with the mint, strawberries, crushed pecan, and chia seeds.

      Enjoy your pure plate.
