  • Grill - When the weather allows, nothing beats a cookout and what’s a better cookout meal than delicious grilled lamb!? You can use an outdoor or indoor grill to prepare these perfect chops, just remember to preheat it before cooking so you get those delectable grill marks on your chop!

Lamb Chops Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 6 lamb chops
    • 1 tsp cumin
    • 1 tsp ras el hanout spices
    • 1 tsp dried parsley
    • ½ tsp Himalayan sea salt
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • ½ onion diced
    • 4 cloves of garlic minced
    • Juice of half a lemon
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • Fresh coriander

    Instructions
     

    Directions:

    • Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and place in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour.
    • When you are ready to grill the lamb chops, remove them from the fridge and heat up the grill.
    • Grill the lamp chops for about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
    • Serve immediately.
