How to Make Keto Broccoli Bread

Keto Broccoli Bread Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup cooked Broccoli
    • ½ cup almond flour
    • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • ½ tsp Himalayan salt
    • 1 small egg
    • ½ tsp Sesame seeds or everything but the bagel seasoning
    • Butter
    • Your favorite toppings

    Instructions
     

    Directions:

    • Cook the broccoli for 5 to 7 minutes, drain, and let it cool.
    • In a small blender, combine the cooked broccoli, almond flour, parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, and egg. Blend until smooth.
    • Take a small square microwave-safe baking dish, grease it with butter, and transfer the batter into the baking dish, sprinkle some sesame seeds or everything but the bagel seasoning.
    • Cook it in the microwave for 3 to 5 minutes depending on the power of your microwave. Let it cool for a couple of minutes before handling the bread. Run a knife along the sides and flip it over on a plate or cutting board. Slice in half and top with your favorite toppings.
    • I used a bit of mayonnaise, a slice of cheese, chicken deli, and some fresh greens.
