Directions:
Cook the broccoli for 5 to 7 minutes, drain, and let it cool.
In a small blender, combine the cooked broccoli, almond flour, parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, and egg. Blend until smooth.
Take a small square microwave-safe baking dish, grease it with butter, and transfer the batter into the baking dish, sprinkle some sesame seeds or everything but the bagel seasoning.
Cook it in the microwave for 3 to 5 minutes depending on the power of your microwave. Let it cool for a couple of minutes before handling the bread. Run a knife along the sides and flip it over on a plate or cutting board. Slice in half and top with your favorite toppings.
I used a bit of mayonnaise, a slice of cheese, chicken deli, and some fresh greens.
