Ingredients:
For the Marinated Chops:
9lamb chops
1tspof thyme
½tspof Himalayan salt
1tsponion powder
1tspdried parsley
1tspgarlic powder
1tbspolive oil
For the Honey Sauce:
2tbspof tamari sauce
2tbspolive oil
2tbsphoney
2tbspof room-temperature butter or melted butter
2tbspof erythritol
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Directions:
Place the lamb chops in a large mixing bowl and add the spices and olive oil. Mix to marinate the lambs until everything is well coated. Cover and let the lamb chops marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
In a small mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the honey sauce mix to combine and set aside.
After two hours of marinating, remove the lamb chops from the fridge and heat up a frying pan with some olive oil. Cook the lamb chops for about 3 minutes per side until golden, then remove from the heat and set aside.
Add the honey sauce mixture to the pan you cooked the lamb chops in, and stir occasionally until the sauce begins to thicken. Once the sauce has thickened add the lamb chops back in, and let the lamb chops absorb the sauce on both sides for just a couple of minutes.
