Creamy Spinach Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 1 tbsp butter
    • 1 small onion diced
    • 1 tbsp cream cheese
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    • 1 tsp pepper
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 4 cups of fresh spinach

    Instructions
     

    • Melt the butter, add in the onions, stir until caramelized.
    • Add in the cream cheese, the heavy whipping cream, the parmesan cheese and the salt and pepper.
    • When the sauce has thickened, add in the fresh spinach, cover and let it simmer for a couple minutes until the spinach has welted down.
