Balsamic Brussels Sprouts Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 1 tbsp mustard
    • 2 tbsp raw honey
    • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • ½ tsp each salt and pepper
    • 500 grams of brussels sprouts
    • Parmesan cheese and extra balsamic vinegar for garnish

    Instructions
     

    • Step One- Mix the mustard, raw honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
    • Step Two - Peel, wash and halve the brussels sprouts.
    • Step Three - Pour the sauce over the brussels sprouts making sure everything is evenly coated.
    • Step Four - Transfer them to a baking sheet, cut side down.
    • Step Five - Bake.
    • Step Six - Top the finished sprouts with parmesan and little balsamic vinegar, and enjoy!
