3-Ingredient Breakfast Cups Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • Chicken filet sandwich topping
    • 6 eggs
    • Shredded cheese

    Instructions
     

    • Place a chicken fillet in a muffin cookie baking sheet, press down to form the cups.
    • Crack an egg in all the cups.
    • Top with shredded cheese and Italian seasoning.
    • Bake in a preheated oven at 200C/400F for 15 minutes
    • Let them cool and enjoy your Pure Plates.
