Step Two - Heat a skillet, add in the sesame oil, and sauté the garlic until translucent. Add the beef and sauté for a couple of minutes. When the meat is almost done add in the rest of the ingredients, sans the sesame seeds, to create the sauce. Let the sauce thicken for a couple of minutes.
Step Three - Plate the beef with sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and enjoy!
