Ingredients:

avocado cut into cubes
300
grams
of peeled shrimp
1
red onion cut into squares
1
tbsp
minced garlic
2
cups
mixed greens
Instructions
Step One - Combine the olive oil, ACV, mustard, and garlic powder, and then gently fold in the avocado.
Step Two - Sauté the onions and garlic until translucent. Add in the shrimp and cook until golden brown. Remove it from the heat and allow it to cool.
Step Three - Add the mixed greens to the bowl and top this with the avocado mixture then the shrimp. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
