Shrimp Avocado Salad Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tbsp ACV
    • ½ tbsp mustard
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 avocado cut into cubes
    • 300 grams of peeled shrimp
    • 1 red onion cut into squares
    • 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 cups mixed greens

    Instructions
     

    • Step One - Combine the olive oil, ACV, mustard, and garlic powder, and then gently fold in the avocado.
    • Step Two - Sauté the onions and garlic until translucent. Add in the shrimp and cook until golden brown. Remove it from the heat and allow it to cool.
    • Step Three - Add the mixed greens to the bowl and top this with the avocado mixture then the shrimp. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
