Zucchini Low-Carb Rice Fritters
Ingredients:

zucchinis grated

egg

cup
grated mozzarella cheese

low-carb konjac rice
rinsed very well.
Instructions
Step One - Grate the zucchinis and thoroughly squeeze out the moisture.
Step Two - Mix together all the ingredients.
Step Three - Use a hamburger patty maker to form the patties and place them on the prepared baking sheet. This should make 6 fritters.
Step Four - Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown and then enjoy your delicious snack!
