Zucchini Low-Carb Rice Fritters

    Ingredients:

    • 2 zucchinis grated
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
    • 1 cup low-carb konjac rice rinsed very well.

    Instructions
     

    • Step One - Grate the zucchinis and thoroughly squeeze out the moisture.
    • Step Two - Mix together all the ingredients.
    • Step Three - Use a hamburger patty maker to form the patties and place them on the prepared baking sheet. This should make 6 fritters.
    • Step Four - Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown and then enjoy your delicious snack!
