Directions
Pour the egg white protein powder into a food processor, pour in the water, and blend until it's fluffy.
Whip the cottage cheese in a small blender until smooth then fold it into the egg whites.
Blend until it's really fluffy then transfer to a bread loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F/170°C.
Spread some butter, honey, and a little bit of cinnamon over it.
Keep the bread in the fridge for up to 5 days.
