2 Ingredient Cottage Cheese Bread Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup egg white protein powder
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 cup cottage cheese

    Instructions
     

    Directions

    • Pour the egg white protein powder into a food processor, pour in the water, and blend until it's fluffy.
    • Whip the cottage cheese in a small blender until smooth then fold it into the egg whites.
    • Blend until it's really fluffy then transfer to a bread loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F/170°C.
    • Spread some butter, honey, and a little bit of cinnamon over it.
    • Keep the bread in the fridge for up to 5 days.
