Veggie Blend:
Green beans
Red bell pepper
washed and cut lengthwise

small onion diced

minced garlic

Himalayan salt

Curcuma

cumin

paprika

tsp
dried parsley
Instructions
Directions
Add everything to a zip lock bag and give this a good shake until everything is well combined.
Place this in the air fryer at 200C/400F for 25 minutes.
Plate the vegetables.
Now enjoy your Pure Plate.
