Easy Air Fried Veggies

    Ingredients

      Veggie Blend:

      • Green beans
      • Red bell pepper washed and cut lengthwise
      • 1 small onion diced
      • 1 tbsp minced garlic
      • 1 tsp Himalayan salt
      • 1 tsp Curcuma
      • 1 tsp cumin
      • 1 tsp paprika
      • 1 tsp dried parsley

      Instructions
       

      Directions

      • Add everything to a zip lock bag and give this a good shake until everything is well combined.
      • Place this in the air fryer at 200C/400F for 25 minutes.
      • Plate the vegetables.

      Now enjoy your Pure Plate.
