Air Fried Bang Bang Chicken Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 2 chicken breasts scored.
    • 1 tsp chicken seasoning
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • ½ sea salt
    • ½ pepper
    • 1 tsp dried parsley
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
    • 1 tbsp siracha
    • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    • 1 stalk of celery cut in half and then cut into small pieces.
    • 3 palm hearts are cut into small pieces.
    • 2 tbsp of sauerkraut

    Directions

    • Massage the chicken seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, pepper, dried parsley, and paprika onto the chicken.
    • In a small bowl mix the bang bang sauce by combining the mayonnaise, sriracha, and sweet chili sauce
    • Place the chicken in the air fryer and coat it with the bang bang sauce.
    • Air fry at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
    • In a salad bowl combine the salad of your choice, cut into bite-size pieces, celery, palm hearts, and sauerkraut.
    • Remove the chicken after 25 minutes and drizzle the remaining bang bang sauce over the chicken. Place the chicken over the salad.
