High Protein Air Fried Meatballs Recipe

    Ingredients

      For the Meatballs:

      • 500 grams of ground beef
      • 1 tsp paprika
      • 1 tsp garlic powder
      • 1 tsp coriander
      • 1 tsp parsley
      • 1 tsp onion powder
      • ½ tsp Himalayan sea salt
      • ½ tsp ground ginger
      • 1 small onion diced
      • 3 cloves minced garlic
      • ½ tbsp mustard
      • ½ cup feta cheese
      • 1 egg

      For the Sauce:

      • Small bunch of fresh parsley
      • Green onions
      • 1 cup of low-fat yogurt
      • 1 tbsp honey
      • 1 tsp pepper
      • 1 tsp salt
      • ½ ACV

      Directions

      • Place all the meatball ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix very well until everything is well combined.
      • Form the meatball and place it in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 200°C/400°F.
      • To make the sauce combine all the sauce ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and saucy.

      Serve the meatballs with sauce and enjoy your Pure Plate!
