Ingredients
For the Meatballs:

For the Sauce:
Small bunch of fresh parsley
Green onions

of low-fat yogurt

honey

tsp
pepper

Instructions
Directions
Place all the meatball ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix very well until everything is well combined.
Form the meatball and place it in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 200°C/400°F.
To make the sauce combine all the sauce ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and saucy.
Serve the meatballs with sauce and enjoy your Pure Plate!
