Smoked Salmon Salad Recipe

    Ingredients

      For the Salad:

      • 2 cups mixed greens
      • 1 cup fresh spinach cut in bite-size pieces
      • ½ cucumber cut into small squares
      • 100 gr smoked salmon
      • 1 avocado cut into small squares
      • 1 handful of green olives

      For the Dressing

      • 1 tbsp olive oil
      • Juice of ½ lemon
      • Handful of fresh parsley cut into small pieces
      • ½ tsp sea salt
      • ½ tsp pepper

      Instructions
       

      • Mix all the ingredients in a large salad bowl and drizzle the dressing over the salad.
