Lemon Pepper Sauce Ingredients

butter
melted

pepper

erythritol
the juice of one lemon

Instructions
Directions
Place the chicken in a bowl.
Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and then pour the mixture over the chicken. Massage the marinade into the chicken until well coated.
Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
Place the skewers in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 200°C/400°F.
Flip the skewers and air fry again for another 10-12 minutes.
While they cook, in a separate bowl, melt the butter and add all the remaining lemon pepper sauce ingredients.
Mix well to combine and brush the sauce over the chicken skewers.
