Directions
In a large bowl, mix everything well.
Using a tablespoon scoop even balls of dough and create bite-size cookie shapes. This makes about 12 cookies.
Bake at 190°C/375°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
Let the cookies cool completely before handling them.
Top them with some powdered Erythritol and enjoy your Pure Plate.
