    • 1 cup Greek yogurt
    • 1 Egg
    • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
    • 1/3 cup Erythritol
    • 1 cup Almond flour
    • ½ cup Sugar-free chocolate chips optional

    Directions

    • In a large bowl, mix everything well.
    • Using a tablespoon scoop even balls of dough and create bite-size cookie shapes. This makes about 12 cookies.
    • Bake at 190°C/375°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
    • Let the cookies cool completely before handling them.

    Top them with some powdered Erythritol and enjoy your Pure Plate.
