Spread the cauliflower rice evenly on a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper.
Bake it at 400°F/200°C for 10 minutes.
Let it cool and use a nut bag or cloth to squeeze out the liquid.
In a mixing bowl, add the cooled cauliflower, egg, grated parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, dried basil, and garlic. Give everything a good mix.
Toss the mixture onto a baking sheet and form it into a pizza shape.
Return the sheet to the oven for 25 minutes.
Remove the pizza dough from the oven after 25 minutes and top it with my homemade ranch sauce, grilled chicken, sliced green olives, sliced green onions, and grated cheese.
Place the pizza back in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and turned golden brown.
Let the pizza cool for a couple of minutes to set.
Enjoy this delicious cauliflower pizza crust with chicken ranch sauce.
