shredded mozzarella

cream cheese

sea salt

olive oil
Instructions
Directions
Add the ground chicken and all the other ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix to combine all the ingredients.
Add 2 tbsp olive oil to a hot skillet and with an ice cream scoop, create bite-size fritters.
Sauté for 5 min per side or until the outside is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
Make sure to have these delicious chicken fritters with my aioli dip!
