Cheesy Keto Chicken Fritters Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1 kilo ground chicken
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
    • 2 tbsp cream cheese
    • 1 tsp oregano
    • ½ tsp sea salt
    • ½ tsp pepper
    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Directions

    • Add the ground chicken and all the other ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix to combine all the ingredients.
    • Add 2 tbsp olive oil to a hot skillet and with an ice cream scoop, create bite-size fritters.
    • Sauté for 5 min per side or until the outside is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
    • Make sure to have these delicious chicken fritters with my aioli dip!
