Cheesy Oven Baked Parmesan Asparagus Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1 bunch of asparagus
    • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
    • Freshly grated parmesan cheese
    • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes cut in half
    • 2 cloves of garlic minced
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • ½ tsp salt and pepper

    Directions

    • Lay the asparagus on an oven-safe baking dish lined with parchment paper.
    • Coat the asparagus with olive oil and then spread the parmesan cheese over the asparagus.
    • In a separate bowl mix the cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread this mixture over the asparagus.
    • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Take them out and enjoy your Pure Plate!
