Freshly grated parmesan cheese

of cherry tomatoes cut in half

of garlic minced

salt and pepper

Directions
Lay the asparagus on an oven-safe baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Coat the asparagus with olive oil and then spread the parmesan cheese over the asparagus.
In a separate bowl mix the cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread this mixture over the asparagus.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
Take them out and enjoy your Pure Plate!
