Fried Cauliflower Rice

Fried Cauliflower Rice Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp onions diced
    • 1 tsp chopped garlic
    • 1 small bunch of green onions chopped
    • Half of red bell pepper diced
    • 1 bag of cauliflower rice
    • 1 tsp dried ginger
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • ½ tsp pepper
    • ½ sea salt
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp tamari sauce

    Instructions
     

    Instructions:

    • Add the sesame oil to a hot skillet.
    • Sauté the onions until translucent.
    • Add in the garlic and fry for a couple of minutes.
    • Add in the green onions and bell pepper and stir occasionally until soft.
    • Add in the cauliflower rice, and cook the rice for 5 minutes.
    • Make some room in the middle of the skillet and crack in the eggs.
    • Fry the eggs until they are done and mix them in with the rice.
    • Now add in the spices, a little bit more sesame oil, and the tamari.
    • Combine well and let this come together for 5 minutes on low to medium heat.

    Plate and enjoy your Pure Plate.
