A small handful of fresh spinach

Sliced mozzarella
Arugula
Chicken deli meat
Instructions
In a large bowl mix the olive oil. Balsamic glaze, cherry tomatoes, and spinach. Give this a good mix to combine and set it aside.
Toast the low-carb bread and then top it with the tomato and balsamic mixture.
Add slices of mozzarella and top it with arugula.
Add the deli-sliced chicken and then top with a second slice of low-carb bread.
