The Perfect Keto Creamy Cheesy Garlic Chicken Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 4 chicken breasts cut in half
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tsp garlic salt
    • 1 tsp pepper
    • 1 onion diced
    • 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tsp chicken seasoning
    • 1 cup chicken stock
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    • 1 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese

    Instructions
     

    Instructions:

    • Cook the chicken in batches of 4 in some olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes per side. Then place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Add a tbsp more olive oil to the skillet and sauté the onion until caramelized then add the garlic and cook for a couple of minutes more.
    • Now add in a teaspoon of chicken seasoning and the chicken stock and allow this to cook down for approximately 10 minutes.
    • Add in the heavy whipping cream and cook for another 10 minutes until thick.
    • Add in the parmesan cheese and mix to combine.
    • Pour this mixture over the cooked chicken breasts and place it in the oven for 15 minutes at 375F.
    • It comes out the perfect cheesy, creamy, and tender chicken you have ever tried.
