Marinated Eggs with Low-Carb Rice

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 6 to 7 Fresh Eggs
  • ½ cup of water
  • 2 tbsp ACV
  • 100 ml of Tamari
  • ¼ cup erythritol
  • 1 Bunch of green onions chopped
  • 1/2 of a small onion chopped
  • Fresh Coriander chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic chopped
  • Prepared Low-Carb Rice

Instructions
 

Recipe Instructions:

  • Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Tip: add some vinegar and some salt to your boiling water, this helps the eggs peel more easily.
  • After they are done cooking, add them to a bowl with ice water. Let them cool completely.
  • Make the marinade by adding the water, ACV, tamari, and erythritol to a measuring cup and mixing well.
  • Peel the eggs and place them in a glass bowl. Pour the marinade over the eggs to cover.
  • Add the green onions. onion, coriander, and garlic.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  • Serve over low-carb rice
