Instructions
Recipe Instructions:
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Tip: add some vinegar and some salt to your boiling water, this helps the eggs peel more easily.
After they are done cooking, add them to a bowl with ice water. Let them cool completely.
Make the marinade by adding the water, ACV, tamari, and erythritol to a measuring cup and mixing well.
Peel the eggs and place them in a glass bowl. Pour the marinade over the eggs to cover.
Add the green onions. onion, coriander, and garlic.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Serve over low-carb rice
