Keto Bread Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups of almond flour.
    • ½ cup superfine psyllium husk. To get this texture blend it in a coffee grinder or small blender.
    • ½ cup superfine flax meal. To get this blend the flaxseeds in a coffee grinder or small blender.
    • 1 tbsp pink Himalayan salt.
    • 1.5 tbsp baking powder.
    • 7 eggs
    • 7 tbsp ACV.
    • 1.5 cups hot water

    Instructions:

    • In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients. Mix the dry ingredients so that everything is well combined.
    • Separate 7 egg whites from the yolks in different bowls. Whip the egg whites to create stiff peaks. Set the egg whites aside.
    • To the dry ingredient mixture add the A.C.V. and warm water. Combine this well first and then start to fold in the stiff egg whites.
    • Gently combine everything until a beautiful batter forms.
    • Grease the baking dish well with coconut oil and also sprinkle a little bit of almond flour into the pan all around so it sticks to the greased pan. Make sure it's evenly spread to all the walls and corners. Do not skip this step, it will prevent the bread from sticking to the pan.
    • Transfer the batter to a baking dish.
    • Gently press the bread into the pan and make sure it’s even.
    • Sprinkle some flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds onto the bread.
    • Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 90 minutes.
