Roasted Turkey Breast

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo Turkey breast
  • 1 stick of room-temperature butter
  • 1 tbsp of grated garlic
  • 1 tbsp of fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp chicken seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp tsp pepper

Instructions
 

Recipe Instructions:

  • In a bowl mix the butter, garlic, rosemary, chicken seasonings, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  • Massage the butter mixture onto the turkey breast.
  • Transfer the turkey to a baking dish.
  • Bake at 325°F/160°C until your turkey is done. Plan to cook your turkey for 20 minutes per pound.
  • After the turkey is done baking, cover it and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
