Keto Low-Carb 3-Ingredient Spinach Wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Eggs Choose large fresh eggs for this recipe.
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour - Almond flour is a great choice for low-carb Almond flour is a great choice for low-carb gluten-free flour.
  • 2 cups of Spinach Use fresh spinach or baby spinach. Be sure to wash the greens well before blending!

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  • Add some olive oil to a hot frying pan, lower the heat to low to medium, and add the egg mixture.
  • Cover and let cook. Be patient, it takes about 5 min per side.
  • Add your favorite toppings to the center of the wrap (I used some sliced cucumber, carrots, cheese, some leftover crispy air-fried chicken, and some mayonnaise).
  • Fold the 2 ends and roll the wrap as tightly as possible.

Cut in half and enjoy your Pure Plates.
