Instructions
In a blender or food processor, blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Add some olive oil to a hot frying pan, lower the heat to low to medium, and add the egg mixture.
Cover and let cook. Be patient, it takes about 5 min per side.
Add your favorite toppings to the center of the wrap (I used some sliced cucumber, carrots, cheese, some leftover crispy air-fried chicken, and some mayonnaise).
Fold the 2 ends and roll the wrap as tightly as possible.
