Instructions
Preheat an oven to 200°C/400°F.
Mix the marinade and massage it into the chicken well.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken with the marinade ingredients. Massage well to coat the chicken in seasonings.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, make sure the chicken can stand on itself, like in the video, and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour at 200°C/400°F.
To make the sauce:
Heat a small saucepan and add the oil, garlic, and dried spices. Stir to coat.
Stir in the remaining sauce ingredients and mix well.
Bring the pot to a simmer and allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes or until it thickens.
