Lavash Rolls with Cottage Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
- Lavash bread
- 2 eggs boiled and grated
- 200 gr. Cottage cheese
- 1 medium tomato diced finely
- A handful of parsley
- ½ cup grated mozzarella
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
Directions:
- Cook the eggs for 8 to 10 minutes, and place them in an ice bath to cool.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the cottage cheese and crush it with a fork to remove most of the lumps. Add in the diced tomato, parsley, mozzarella, grated parmesan, salt and pepper. Lastly, grate the eggs and mix to combine.
- Lay one lavash bread on a cutting board and add the filling to one side of the lavash, fold in the sides, and roll it up.
- Place the lavash rolls in a preheated skillet, and let them get golden brown on both sides for just a couple minutes per side.
- Cut the lavash rolls in the middle and enjoy.
