- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp Himalayan sea salt
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 small onion diced
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- ½ tbsp mustard
- ½ cup feta cheese
- 1 egg
For the Sauce:
- Small bunch of fresh parsley
- Green onions
- 1 cup of low-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ ACV

- Place all the meatball ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix very well until everything is well combined.
- Form the meatball and place it in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 200°C/400°F.
- To make the sauce combine all the sauce ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and saucy.
