- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
Directions:
- Grate the carrots and place them in a mixing bowl, add the eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine.
- Heat a nonstick pan with some olive oil, use a burger patty mold to form nice little circles, fill the burger patty mold with 2 tablespoons of the carrot mixture, and gently press down, carefully remove the molds.
