- Cauliflower rice
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of grated parmesan
- 1 tsp of Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- my homemade ranch sauce (recipe link below).
- Grilled chicken
- Sliced green olives
- Sliced green onions
- Grated cheese
Instructions
Directions
- Spread the cauliflower rice evenly on a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper.
- Bake it at 400°F/200°C for 10 minutes.
- Let it cool and use a nut bag or cloth to squeeze out the liquid.
- In a mixing bowl, add the cooled cauliflower, egg, grated parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, dried basil, and garlic. Give everything a good mix.
- Toss the mixture onto a baking sheet and form it into a pizza shape.
- Return the sheet to the oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the pizza dough from the oven after 25 minutes and top it with my homemade ranch sauce, grilled chicken, sliced green olives, sliced green onions, and grated cheese.
- Place the pizza back in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and turned golden brown.
- Let the pizza cool for a couple of minutes to set.
- Enjoy this delicious cauliflower pizza crust with chicken ranch sauce.
