Low-Carb and Low-Fat Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp low-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein
Toppings:
- 1 tsp Coconut shred
- 1 tsp Cacao nibs
- 1.5 Strawberry
Instructions
Directions:
- In a high-speed blender, blend together the yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, and chocolate protein. Blend until very smooth.
- Pour the thick smoothie into a wooden bowl and top with coconut shreds, cacao nibs, and slices of a fresh strawberry.
