    Ingredients

    • 2 salmon filets
    • 400 grams of broccoli cut in florets
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
    • 1 lemon

    Instructions
     

    Directions

    • Place the salmon and the broccoli on a baking sheet greased with olive oil, and drizzle the rest of the olive oil over the salmon and broccoli. Season the veggies with, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, and salt.
    • Season the salmon with all the seasoning except the nutritional yeast, place a slice of lemon on each salmon and place the remaining lemon next to the salmon. Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C/360F.
