Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1 small zucchini grated and moist free
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella

For the Ground beef mixture:

  • 500 gram ground beef
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp curcuma
  • ½ tsp coriander
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 small bunch of fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 400F/ 200C.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine the ground beef with all the spices and mix well to incorporate.
