    • 1 cup coconut milk
    • 1 cup + 2 strawberries for garnish diced
    • 4 tbsp chia seeds
    • ½ tsp coconut shreds

    • Step One - Blend the coconut milk and strawberries until smooth.
    • Step Two - Add the chia seeds to a jar, pour the strawberry mixture in, stir, rest, and stir again. Repeat the process as needed until the pudding has thickened.
